Returns and complaints

Filing a complaint
To file a complaint, follow these steps:

1. E-mail.
Before sending the product under complaint, submit your complaint electronically to the following address:office@impeco.pl

When sending the product you are complaining about, please include the following information: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product number and reason for complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

2. Returning the product.
When submitting a complaint, please return the product with all its accessories, a copy of the purchase invoice and the complaint protocol. 

The product sent must be dry and clean. This is a necessary condition for accepting the product being complained about.

Please download and fill out the form below. Name, phone number, invoice number, return address for the complaint and a detailed description of the product defect.

3. Shipping
The complained product together with the documents should be sent to the following address:

Return of goods
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the required declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product/products:

Please also include all accessories received with the product(s) and the receipt or invoice in the package with the declaration and the returned product(s) .
